Do you think that your parents try to make you do better then what they did? I think my parent do that all the time, they are all was saying something to make me made if I am not doing anything right they do not want me to go turn in to a bad kid like other kids that they new when they were kids. I hate the way they are always yelling at me for stupid things. So that is what I think.

yeh i think that they do because they realy know whats best for us because they've been threw it before.
Nick, I believe that for a very long time with my dad, but now that we both don't get along and pretty much hate eachother, he wants me to fail. He always pounded it into my head to graduate high school because he didn't, but now he just flat out don't care. So to answer your question, I think some parents truely care and some don't. Good job putting your own opinion out there and supporting it!
