Best Friend

My best friend is my brother. Lets see describle him? Well his always there for me no matter what. He wont talk crap about me. Not even if he gets mad at me he wont run to my mom. He is also always trying to help me get out of the foster care. I don’t think if I had my brother in my life I would get over half of the things I have. I really feel bad for being the one to show him drugs. It’s really hard to go on my home visits knowing that he is doing drugs because I’m the one that took them home. Ever time I get a home visit and I go talk to him he tells me about how he got drunk and how he had so much fun. I wish I would of never messed up his life that. That’s one thing I would take back is not showing him were to get drugs or even how to do them.

Life Goal

One goal I really would like to accomplish in life is to become a vet.
I will start doing this by doing some research to find out were would be a good school to go to. And to start getting a degree. So that I can become a vet. One reason I would like to become a vet is because I think all animals should be treated with respect. I also think that no animal should be intentionally hurt or abused because they are just like you. Because don’t you like to be treated with respect? Well guess what so do animas. Just because they can’t talk doesn’t mean they don’t have feelings too.
So that’s my opinion on how all animals should be treated and that’s also how I will accomplish most of my goals and dreams.

What role does music have in my life?

Music was a big thing in my life. I lived my whole life with music all around me. My mom and dad have been in the musical theater business. They do high school musicals. My life right now is getting hard. I have the choice to follow my parents in their career or go for my dreams. My family has pushing me to follow them in to into musical theater. My dream has nothing to do with music. My dad said he would die playing the piano, and my mom said she would die singing. My mom is a schoolteacher. She teaches music. She works for an elementary school. My dad works in the church office building. He’s the manager audiovisual. My mom is in the Morman Tabernacle Choir. I like many different kinds of music. I love rock mixed with hip-hop. My favorite band is Linkin Park. I love listening to rap but mom doesn’t let me listen to it she said it makes you act like you are some kind of maniac. That’s all!

Music has a huge role in my life. It has a lot to do with every one it gives us a way to express ourselves. When I am out running I have music every one looks to music. People compare stuff to music all the time. Weather we are mad or sad or happy people listen to music to help them with their feelings. People listen to different genres and I am open to new music but it is wrong for people to judge other people for what they listen to. I listen to a lot of the same genre and get judged by it and you really don’t know everything about a person just by knowing their music. I listen mostly to screaming, techno, and about everything else. I love to run and listen to music running is another way I can get my feelings out and it is a lot better with music. Music means something to every one weather it a way to get their feeling out or to just have fun. Music has something to do with every one.

I know that you are only one year old, and you don’t understand. I want you to know that no mater what I will always love you. I am sorry for every thing I have put you true. I am sorry I got lock up, and know mommy can’t be there for you. But you will always be in my hart. Baby I am doing good, so I could make it home with you. Soon we could be together, and I will be good, so I wont have to live you. I miss you so much, there is not a day that I am not thinking of you. Do you get along with your parents? Do they trust you? Yes my parents trust me now more then they ever had before. Before I changed I got into trouble from smoking weed and got locked up because of it. I’m angry with myself, but I didn’t try to fight anybody. I tried to deal with stress better. So I changed a lot because of it. I’ve never been a violent person. I have been in a lot of fights through out school. My adopter Bonnie Rees is my mom because she’s helped me through all my struggles growing up. She also understands me more then anyone ever has. I haven’t seen her for two months I miss her so much. The first goal I want to achieve is to get a car before or right after high school. I want to do this so I can get around. I will do this by getting a job and making payments.

People Pleaser

I am a people pleaser. I have a hard time with people who reject me because of who I am. I can not please everyone in my life but I do like making people feel better. It is very hard for me to make decisions because I am a person to dwell on things when it comes to making a decision. So it is very hard for me to choose between two similar things. There are a lot of good and bad choices to be made in life and some will be hard to deal with. I got in a fight with one of my friends because of different beliefs. We argued and argued until it turned into trading punches. This stopped our friendship immediately. There were many natural consequences.

My Best Friend

My best friend is the coolest person ever. His name is Anthony. He is five six. He is also white. Anthony is really outgoing. Anthony is also really nice. Anthony is really funny. He ran from Artec South. When he ran I was really sad. I was told he would come back but he didn’t. That’s what really sucks. I miss him a lot. When he left he told me he was going to run. I didn’t believe him so I didn’t do anything. When he ran I got so mad I started to cry. I stayed up all night. Thinking about what I should do. I thought I should of talked to him. But guess what I didn’t believe him. So I messed up not him. I could have been there. So what did I do I went and talked to staff. But all they told me was there is nothing for me to do. My Letter to Someome I Love

Dear: Dad
I just wanted to know how you were doing. Since I have not seen you in a very long time. I promise that I will come and find you once I turn 18 years old. Because I am so sick of being in state custody. It really doesn’t help you because they just treat you like crap. Also most proctor homes, and foster homes are very boring from what I hear from most of the kids hear which I really do believe them. Most them just make you sit in your room all day until meal times then you have to go back to your rooms. Which is really lame because you really don’t have any thing to do? But if they made me sit in my room and do nothing I would do stuff just to piss them off. Just to entertain myself. Because I think fun to piss people off if they don’t let me do stuff that I want to do.

I am from a little town that is called Bringham City. It is up where the stupid entrances is to the wired Aggies. It a quite town there is not a lot of stuff going on. There it is a chill town it has an It is a nice town if you like quite sound at night it is not like Las Vagus on the strip and it is so bare a round 12:00 there is not a cars on the street if you really wanted to you could sleep on the side walk and nothing will happen to you at
night. And I don’t have to worry about some one coming up to you and try to still from you .I have never got with some one. I am waiting to come home from my mission to go out with a girl yes my family worry about money and that is because. My parents never went to collage and they have a hard time keeping a good job that helps us out in all our problems. Makes it hard for my family get the stuff we need to make it through the mouth.

1. Have you ever been treated differently? In elementary I got bullied and picked on because I had buckteeth. I couldn’t think like other kids. I got jumped by a lot of them. I dressed how I wanted to and nobody made comments about that. But I did get picked on and everything in how that happened. Then I started standing up for myself. Then after that I didn’t get picked on. Then I started picking up for my self. Then never got picked on again. SO now to forever ill never feel down about my self. I show a lot of respect. Just don’t try to take it away from me. Because if you do you will see something else. I show love for trust. Then if you don’t then it’s any love. So thanks for taking your time and reading this. One of the first days I got my dirt bike I went to sand hallow reservoir and went riding. I saw this fine girl. So I wanted to impress her and see how much air I could get. I gunned it down and next thing you know I’m hitting the lip. But the thing I forgot to do is to look and see what was on the other side of the jump. So I hit the jump and right on the other side there was a huge trench. So of course I didn’t make it over but I did land right in the middle of it. Yea I got stuck thankfully the girl that I was trying to impress had a boyfriend because I sat there trying to get my bike out of the ditch for a good 5 minutes. He came over and helped get it out and mobbed out on his bike.

One thing I learned from an elder is. First is that family comes first. Second is to respect every one even if you don’t like them. Third is if someone disrespects you then you can disrespect them. Also life is too short to get mad. But I get mad so easily. I don’t know why I just do. I have also learned that you don’t drink and drive. Also you don’t want to eat too much salt. You can get high blood pressure. I’ve also learned stress is a state of mind.

I love you very much. You have done so many things for me that I appreciate. And I thank you for all those things. You have risen up a thankful young man. You have taught me respect, dignity, love and integrity. I miss you very much. It sucks that I made the decisions to be put in states custody. It doesn’t seem right that they have the right to take me away from you and dad. I don’t regret these decisions because I have learned some stuff that a lot of people on the streets don’t know. I wish I could come back now but it is only a matter of time. My court date is the sixth of October. I hope with my life that I can come home on that day. As of right now, home is my favorite place in the world. I didn’t realize how much home meant to me until it was taken away from me. His name is Tristan Parker my best friend. I’ve known the guy ever since kindergarten but we were not always friends. In fact at first I thought he was a retard. Then 3 years later we became friends in the third grade. One more year and we were best friends.

He is tall with a dark tan and dark brown hair one thing that stands out is his chipped front tooth but we will get to that later. His eyes are brown, who would have known, but some times his eyes in the right light turn hazel. His ear are somewhat big and his nose is mid sized but somewhat pointy. He’s super skinny but he’s been lifting weights so he is getting some muscle. I think one of the best ways to describe him is “Just a normal looking guy”

But that tooth the only thing that really makes him look different was caused by me. How well that’s a story. So him and I were playing around we were pretending to punch each other yeah. He leaned forward and POW my fist hit his tooth He didn’t cry I got closer to it because it cut my knuckle and I was bleeding. We had no clue of what just happened until we went into the bathroom and noticed his tooth gone. So that’s how that happened funny when I look back on it.

He’s a little too nice. He wouldn’t hurt a fly well he would just not a person. His name is Tristan Parker. He is a normal looking with a chipped tooth that tells a lot of stories he’s my best friend.

Why do teenagers argue with their parents so much?

I think they do it because they think they don’t understand them. Like when I talk to my mom or dad and I tell them they get mad at me. It really was not like that when they were my age. It might also be because you think they just want to get you into trouble. I would always fight with my mom because she would never let me use the phone because I was on house arrest. Yes I would always argue with my mom and dad before I came into custody but now I know that they were just trying to help me out. So I wouldn’t get into trouble. I should of just not argued with them and they would of help me, but I always thought they were wrong and I was right. Now it’s kind of to late to get along with them.

My goals
My first goal is to get a job. I need job so I can start getting money for my mission. When I have that amount I will start on my next goal. My second goal is to save money for a car. I have to have good grades in order to get my car. The car will be my way of getting from place to place.
My third goal is to get some money so I can go to college and finish my education but I need good grades to go to college I will most likely go to Brigham Young University. If I don’t go there I will try to go to Utah State University.
My fourth goal is to go to get out of the system. I plan on cleaning my record. I want to get rid of all my charges.

Goals
#1 I would like to graduate school. One reason I really would like to graduate school is because I really sick of school because school is just because I think school is just so boring and a waste of my time. One way I can do is by doing my schoolwork and turning it in on time and participating in class.

#2 my second goal in life. Is to go to college to get a degree as a vet. Because I really enjoy being around animals because I think they should be treated just like we are treated. They should be treated with lots of respect and are unique in many ways.

My name is Josefina Rodriguez, one of my goal’s is to make it home. I am in a program name the focus program. I have bin in this program for 3 months know. The reason I have this goal is because I have my son to go back to and take care of. When I see my son on my home visits it makes me smile, because I have him with me, and every time I go back to my porter home I see tears running down his face. Those are the reasons for this goal. I don’t want my son to suffer, so I need to be good and make it home.

My second goal is to stay clean, and don’t do drugs. The reason I have this goal is because I have bin using drugs since I was 12, and I never got no whre. Know I am 17, and I have a son.

MY GOALS

One of my first goals is to move out. I talked to my team about it already. They said that if I get a job and keep doing good I can move out in like 5 months. I also have to keep on coming to school and not get into any fights or any kind of trouble.

My second goal is to save up money to get a car,but to get that done I have to get a job. To get a job at the foster house im in I have to get on level 3,im only on 1 till Monday so to get my goals done I have to move up levels.


My other goal is to get better friends. I have to stay from bad people so I odnt get into trouble. To get new friends I have to look for some one that is ready to change. If your not they are not ready I don’t think they are good friends for me to chill with.

One of my other goals is to get shoes on my home visit. I really want some new chucks. I really going to try and get them this weekend on my home visit. I knnow that I f I get my dad to get them for me I will have to get some work done around the house,but its not really that bad I really want the shose.

I what to do good on my home vist this weekend. I know that they are giving me this visit to see if I mess up. Im going to try to do good, be on time. I f I don good on this home visit it will earn my foster moms trust. When I earn her trust it will help me with all my other goal I need to work on. Like get a job and move out soon.

1.I will not miss a day of school. Because the more I go to school the more I learn. I get to do more of what I want. Get up every morning and not miss the bus. This is going to be hard for me cause i'm used to ditching school all the time and sleeping in. So this is going to be a challenge for me but I can do it.

2.Get strait A’s. Cause I get credit every time I pass school. Which will help me with my next goal. I will do all my work and turn it in time and I will do extra credit. I don’t have to get straight A’s its just something I want to do. It’s shooting higher for all anyone cares is that I pass with a D. I would still get the credit but that’s not good I want A’s.

3. Graduate school and save money. Cause if I graduate school I can get a better job. By getting that job I will get money and then I can help my mom and me. I will come to school everyday and get good grades and get a job. I mostly want to graduate to prove to everyone I can do it.

4. Go to college. Cause if I go to college I can get a way better paying job. That way I can help my mom and my self and so I can go to Paris someday. How I will do these things is by doing the other three goals. I’m a little worried about college it’s going to be so different not to mention hard.

5. Become a forensic anthropologist. Cause its something I really want to do. I want to be able to look at some ones bones and tell the cops who the person was, how they died, how old they were, if they were a girl or a boy. I know it’s a life-changing job it’s going to be hard to look at someone who died. But I’m going for that job. I’m going to get this job by doing the other four goals.

1 Take an agriculture class and pass it with a b or above. So I can pursue in a ranching career. I am going to study hard and do work.

2 I want to get a steady job on a ranch. So I can earn enough money to get a horse when I get home. I am going to do this by being the best I can be and not ever giving up.

3 I want to buy a horse when I get home. Break it, and train it to be a roping horse. Then eventually when I get better at roping I will join the high school rodeo. I will do this by saving up money and practicing horsemanship.

4 I want to get out of the system. So I can have more freedom and focus on a career. I will do this by staying out of trouble and stay clean.

5 Last I want to graduate high school. So I can get higher income jobs. I am going to do this by passing all my classes and get all the credits I need.

First reason is that they make a lot of money! Second is I like to play ball. How am I going to reach this goal? First I am going to practice all day every day.

1. My first goal would be to graduate high school, im a little behind. Just because if I ever want a decent job I at least need a school diploma! And because I want to get into a good college. I hope to accomplish this by getting a’s and b’s, getting into the book reading club, going to all the plays and by getting a job. If I do all those tasks then I should graduate with no problems.
