One thing I learned from an elder is. First is that family comes first. Second is to respect every one even if you don’t like them. Third is if someone disrespects you then you can disrespect them. Also life is too short to get mad. But I get mad so easily. I don’t know why I just do. I have also learned that you don’t drink and drive. Also you don’t want to eat too much salt. You can get high blood pressure. I’ve also learned stress is a state of mind.

I agree with you on all but the disrespect. I believe that if someone is going to disrespect you, then you should be the bigger person and still respect them. Once you start to disrespect that person then it will go on for a long time and it could have just been that they were having a bad day. Remember if you disrespect someone it will just become a big circle of disrespect until someone stops it.
That's funny because one of my elders told me the exact same advice. But the question is do you agree with any of this advice?
Yeah I think that famiy comes first as well. I never get mad but i think the same. I never start stuff but if you step I'll retaliate.
